Do you give enough attention to your skin?

So you want to look bright and beautiful every day? Give attention to your skin for one hour a day and you will soon see results.

Our skin isn’t just a cover for our body, it has a visual impact too and it can be our business card. Because skin has a permanent contact with the external environment it is best to take care of it everyday. Follow some simple rules and you will surely get some compliments in a short time.

First you have to be sure that your skin is clean at the end of the day. If you don’t clean your face properly all the dust particles that you “gathered” during the day will transform in those nasty blackheads. To clean your face use warm water and a less irritating soap. Make sure that there are no traces of makeup and they were all removed with the make-up remover.  For your body you can just use a shower gel or any type of soap.

Exfoliating after cleaning has great results because it removes dead skin and other dust particles that weren’t properly removed during cleaning. To exfoliate your body it is best to use a gentle exfoliating shower gel and if you really want to see great results try to use an exfoliating brush. For your face use special exfoliating products and try not to buy the really cheap ones if you want to see some changes.

After you cleaned and exfoliated your skin is time to moisturize it: get some body lotion and apply it on your body. A great tip is to apply it after shower because it gets better absorbed when the skin is wet. If you have stretch marks my advice is to use a lotion which contains vitamin E and olive oil.

If you want to have a healthy looking face you must use the moisturizers which are adequate for your type of skin. Apply moisturizer every night before going to bed and during the day use one with a high SPF protection.

If you follow these simple rules, after a while you will start looking younger, your face will be brighter and your smile will be better.
