Exfoliation
Exfoliation is a methodology that is used to improve the texture of the skin by getting rid of dead skin and cells from the top layer of the skin. Helps you look so much younger and pretty too. Now this procedure is applied by using various methodologies. It may be chemical or mechanical. Micro bead scrubs, face wash with walnut; almond shells etc are those help in mechanical exfoliation. Now when it comes to chemical exfoliation, salicylic acid, citric acid, malic acid, and glycolic acid are the ones that help. However all these need the attention of a dermatologist.
Microdermabrasion, Glycolic peeling are some of the procedure that involve almost the peeling of the extreme top layer of the skin. The idea is get rid of the scars caused by acne, or to get rid of ageing, and have a supple and nice look. All this can be done at a local spa, or an outpatient clinic. But the person to attend upon you must be an expert on the subject. There are cases where the customer was left with bad peeling effects, and more scars. There are times when the customer may be allergic to the products used to achieve the effect; hence it may even result in pigmentation. But with proper guidance, this is one technique that guarantees you actual beautiful skin.
