Exercises for wrinkles


Preventing wrinkles was never easier! Just make a few exercises for 5 minutes everyday and you will see results but if you want amazing results you must have a proper diet and enough sleep.

Exercises must be done every morning before you apply makeup. They will give you a great look for the whole day. Every night remove your makeup with makeup remover (avoid soap, it dries your face) and use a hydrating moisturizer. Once a week apply a nourishing lotion. During the day pronounce 10 times each of the letters: A, O and X to prevent wrinkles around your mouth.

Wrinkles on your forehead- hold your head straight up. Raise your arms. Put both hands on your head with thumbs behind your head and others fingers in front. Massage your forehead going with your fingers to the back of the head. Repeat this three times a week and you can expect some results in a month.

Chin - try to open your mouth while you stop it with your hand. Hold the pressure for 5 seconds and do it again.

Neck- put your right arm behind your head and your palm on the left side of the head. Now try to move your arm while resisting with your head. Repeat it with the left arm.

These exercises will help you fortify your muscles, help you get rid of your wrinkles and prevent new ones. If you do them regularly, you will see results in about one or two months.
